why we do it


Having worked extensively as a consultant and coach with Europe’s leading corporations, research centres and business schools, I’m equally comfortable in English or in French. With a background in social cognition, psycho-linguistics, adult learning, generative coaching and NLP, I see corporate and individual achievement as 80% belief, 20% technique: put simply, mind-set is the difference that makes the difference: as an organisation, as a leader, as a team, what you believe is possible, what you believe you are capable of, will determine the level of challenge you feel you can handle, the behaviours and strategies you generate to get there, and how you deal with the set-backs.
